Magoha releases form one admission dates

Admission dates for 2021 form one students have been released. All form one students to report on August 2, 2021. This is following a speech by the education Cs Magoha.

The education cabinet secretary professor George Magoha in his speech today has assured Kenyans that all the 1,187,517 students who sat for the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) will be placed in a secondary school.

“I wish to assure the country that the ministry has conducted an audit of all new and existing vacancies in all our private and public schools to enable us to admit all learners under the free day secondary school pragramme. We are determined to work with the relevant agencies to ensure no candidate misses a place in secondary school,” says Magoha.

About 36,254 students will be placed in national schools, 201,007 will be placed in extra county secondary schools and 213,591 will be placed in secondary schools at the county levels.

Additionally, 1,827 students are set to be placed in secondary schools for children with special needs.
